Can I return my Adapt or Atlas glasses?

Yes — non-prescription lenses (the original Avulux lens, Avulux Adapt, and Avulux Atlas) are returnable within 60 days of your ship date, whether or not they have Anti-Reflective (AR) coating. AR coating does not affect returnability, even though it comes standard on Adapt and Atlas.

Prescription lenses

All prescription lenses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of lens type. On axonoptics.com, prescription is currently only available in the original Avulux lens — prescription Adapt is sold at avulux.com, and prescription Atlas is coming soon there — so this final-sale rule is what applies to prescription orders placed through Axon Optics. If you have an issue with a prescription order, please contact our support team directly and we'll be happy to help.

Lenses mounted into your own frame

If you sent in your own frame for us to fit with lenses, those lenses are final once cut and cannot be returned, whether prescription or non-prescription.

The 60-day return window is firm and runs from your ship date.
