Health Insurance

While we're unable to bill your insurer for your purchase, you may be able to request reimbursement for your Axon Optics purchase from your insurer. We'd be happy to provide any documentation you may need to request reimbursement from your insurer.

Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account

For customers with an HSA or FSA card, you may use your card during checkout.

If your payment is rejected, please contact your provider to have them add Axon Optics as an approved vendor.

If you're unable to use your FSA or HSA card, you may pay with your personal debit or credit card and then submit a reimbursement request to your insurer. We'd be happy to provide any documentation you may need to request reimbursement from your insurer.

Vision Insurance

We don't currently bill vision insurance directly, but we'd be happy to provide any documentation you may need to request reimbursement from your vision insurance provider.
